    Busy, busy, busy... But the service times are good. Staff are friendly and polite considering how busy they were. I ordered a flat white coffee which was OK but better than expected for a Franchise.

    They have the menu also printed in Chinese which might explain why they have many Asian customers. Good work Hudsons Coffee!

    Purchased a "Caramel Latte" and received something.... Coffee was bland and no caramel flavour (possibly staff may have forgotten it as it was during morning rush hour). Anyway, would have been fine if this small coffee hadn't had cost $7.37! Talk about inflation or is this "shrinkflation".

    This place was flat out with customers, for some reason mostly Asian in appearance. Perhaps they know something I don’t. Certainly the array of food was good with lots of choices. Croissants, wraps, pastries, danishes and more. Coffee not bad.
    Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Takeaway or eat at the nearby tables. Dietaries catered for.
    Staff were nice but soooo busy.

    In transit to connect from Brisbane to Singapore, Hudson Coffee at Brisbane Airport was the perfect refuel spot fir a soy latte. The service was wonderful and espresso was wonderful! I couldn’t ask for anything more, other than a dine in cup!

    Coffee is so bland as you can see from the pic. Would not recommend
    Toasties sandwich was normal. Would not return
