Had an issue with a car purchased from Carlins, every step of the way to a very satisfactory conclusion, these guys (Esp Richard) were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them and would buy from them again.

- Marijan Jancev Added March 06, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Short story: Look elsewhere because this dealership doesn't disclose relevant and vital information about their vehicle/stock and the service was horrendous at best.
Long Story: I flew in from interstate to purchase a vehicle only to find several potential defects which could have ultimately resulted in thousands of dollars worth of repairs in the future. I believe that information was withheld about the vehicle that would have impacted my ultimate decision to settle. The sad thing was that the service was beyond poor and instead of the salesman pushing me into buying or trying to convince me, i was running around looking for him to ask questions which only indicated to me that something was wrong with the car. The salesman showed no remorse even though he knew i came to see the vehicle from interstate.
